Land at Auchterarder – Stephen Gardiner Homes

We are really pleased to be involved with a new project in Auchterarder, Perthshire. The site is a proposed for a new housing development on the edge of the town that will comprise a number of bespoke detached houses which will offer fantastic views to the nearby hills.  Geovia are providing ground investigation and reporting services to inform the technical design of the development (houses, roads and associated infrastructure) and to support planning procedures.
